Artist = ANTworkstudio Buyer = Owner of physical artwork
1. All artworks are originals, unless otherwise indicated.
2. All artworks are certified to be free from all defects due to faulty
craftsmanship or faulty materials for a period of twelve months from date of
completion. If flaws shall appear during this time, repairs shall be made by
artist.
3. Copyright of everything involved in creating the artwork, including
the artwork itself, is retained by artist. The Buyer owns the physical
artwork only.
4. Resale or transfer of work requires that artist be informed of the new
owner and the price of sale. Should the price be more than $1000 over the
original price stated herein, according to law, 10% of amount over original
price shall be given to artist by seller. This works on the honor system so
please be kind.
5. Artist shall have right to photograph artwork, if necessary, for
publicity, reproduction purposes, etc. without prior consent of Buyer.
6. Artist shall have right to include artwork in retrospective show for a
maximum of 3 months and no more than once a year. If there is a need by
artist for a different artwork loan timeframe, Buyer and artist will make
arrangements.
7. Artwork cannot be exhibited in public without approval of artist.
Display at home, at work, where you want, but don't put the artwork in a
show, museum, or displayed for your own publicity purposes without prior
written consent from ANTworkstudio.
*Whether Artist or Buyer provide photos/images for artwork, copyrights to
photos/images are retained by the photographer who takes the photo used in
conjunction with creating said artwork.
Here's how it works... ANTworkstudio retains all copyrights. This gives me
the opportunity to promote your artwork through the internet and other
various means. The more interest that is created via ANTworkstudio
promotions will in turn, increase the value of your investment.
ANTworkstudio will not be held responsible for the success or failure of any
promotions associated with contracted artwork.
